An Arabic RTL admin system for a stone-grinding and gold-refining mill.

This is a browser-based management system for Moulins Ehl Eklewa, a grinding mill business in Rafah, Mauritania. It opens on a right-to-left Arabic login screen that lists demo accounts for an administrator and an operator. After signing in, the administrator sees a dashboard with totals for refined gold, milled and stored quantities, machine profit, overall revenue and expenses, plus a list of recent invoices. A persistent sidebar links to a new-invoice form with live cost and profit calculations, an inventory module for shipments and batches with statuses, and screens for the invoice log, workers and salaries, machine expenses, users and settings. Operators can be given restricted roles, and all records are entered and edited directly in the interface.

How to Use

Sign in with a demo account
Open the site and use one of the accounts shown on the login screen: admin with password admin123 for full administrator access, or operator with password op123 for the supervisor role. Enter the credentials in the username and password fields and press the login button to reach the dashboard.
Review the dashboard
The dashboard shows summary cards for refined gold, milled quantity, stored quantity and machine profit, followed by total revenue and total expenses. A list below shows the most recent invoices, which stays empty until the first invoice is saved.
Create an invoice
Open the new invoice page and fill in the customer name, phone, scale, date and material type. Add load, mineral and grinding figures along with the purification weight and their unit prices; the page recalculates total costs, sale total and net profit as you type. Optional partner percentages distribute the profit, and the form can be saved, saved and printed, or reset to a blank invoice.
Manage inventory and staff
Use the inventory page to search shipments or add a new one and move it through the pending, grinding and ready-for-invoice statuses. The invoice log, workers and salaries, machine expenses, users and settings pages let you keep records, costs and accounts up to date.
