Agenda de Pedidos is an interactive scheduling and order-management workspace designed for a confectionery or bakery. The main dashboard combines workload counters with a searchable calendar, letting staff inspect orders by day, week, month, or list. Each order records the customer, WhatsApp number, pickup or delivery method, product description, date, time, notes, and fulfillment status. Staff can move an order through scheduled, in production, ready, delivered, completed, or cancelled states and open a prepared WhatsApp conversation directly from the order details.

How to Use

Choose a date and view
Use the previous, next, or today controls to move through the schedule, then select Day, Week, Month, or List to display orders at the level needed for planning.
Find and review orders
Enter a customer or order term in the search field, or select a status such as In production or Ready. Open an order card to review its customer, product, timing, fulfillment method, and notes.
Create or update an order
Select New Appointment, the schedule action, or an available time slot. Complete the customer, WhatsApp, pickup or delivery, description, date, time, notes, and status fields, then save the changes.
Contact the customer
Open an existing order and use the WhatsApp action to continue in WhatsApp with a message already prepared from the customer name, order description, date, and time.
