Plan employee leave, follow approval status, and view team availability in one shared calendar.

CHN Paper Ltd Absence Planner is an internal workforce tool for recording and reviewing employee leave. Employees can create an account, inspect a month-based team calendar, review their remaining allowance when configured, and submit requests with start and end dates, a leave category, and an optional reason. Submitted requests appear in a personal history with a visible approval status. The interface explains that approved requests are added to the team calendar, managers configure allowances, and sick leave may include supporting medical documentation.

How to Use

Create an employee account
From the login screen, select Create an account, enter a full name, company email address, and matching passwords, then submit the form. A successful registration opens the employee dashboard and identifies the account with the user role.
Review team availability
Open Team Calendar and use Previous, Today, or Next to move between months. Approved employee absences are intended to appear inside this shared calendar, while the color legend distinguishes annual, sick, personal, and other leave.
Submit an absence request
Choose start and end dates, select the appropriate leave type, and optionally add a short reason for the manager. Select Submit request; the page confirms that the absence was submitted and is waiting for approval.
Track personal requests
Open My Absences to review the date range, leave type, reason, and current status of each request. A pending request remains listed and can be deleted from this page if it should no longer be considered.
