A private calendar for planning recordings and posts

Agenda Lici Marchi is a browser-based internal scheduling tool built for the Instagram creator @licimarchi and managed by a producer. After signing in, users see summary cards for upcoming recordings, weekly posts, overdue items and status counts, plus a monthly calendar of recording and posting events. Each event can be opened in a side panel to edit its title, type, status, start and end time, address with a Google Maps shortcut, a rich-text script, a colour tag, a reference link and notes. Users can switch between month, week and list views, filter by type or status, search by title or script, and export or share the plan through ICS, Google Calendar or WhatsApp.

How to Use

Open the site and use the demo credentials already filled in the form, then press Entrar. The dashboard loads with summary cards, a monthly calendar and reference cards.
Read the overview
The four cards at the top show upcoming recordings, posts in the next seven days, overdue items and a breakdown of statuses. Below them the calendar marks recording and posting entries on their dates.
Open and edit an event
Click any event on the calendar or in the list to open the editing panel on the right. There you can change the title, type, status, start and end times, address, script, colour, reference link and notes, then press Salvar to save or Duplicar to copy it.
Filter and search
Use the Tudo, Gravacoes and Postagens buttons to filter by type, switch between Mes, Semana and Lista views, or type in the search box to narrow events by title or script text. Results update immediately.
Export or share
The Exportar .ics link downloads a calendar file, while inside an event the Google Calendar and WhatsApp links open prefilled sharing options for the selected entry.
