An offline-first CRM for field sales reps to plan visits, routes and commissions
RF Representações is a browser-based CRM aimed at external sales representatives in Brazil. It keeps a local client registry keyed by CNPJ, plans routes of up to 500 stops with address and map pins, offers a 2026-2050 agenda with Brazilian holidays, and manages visits, sales orders, commissions, expenses, monthly and annual goals, statistics and reports. All data is stored only on the device through localStorage and IndexedDB, so the app works offline and installs as a PWA on phone or desktop.

How to Use
Set your defaults
Open the Config tab first to set your default city and state, average fuel consumption, fuel price and fuel type, plus an optional standard starting point. Optional map and places API keys can be added here; they stay in the browser. You can also export or restore a JSON backup from this tab.
Register clients
Go to Clientes and press Novo cliente. Fill in the legal name, CPF or CNPJ, segment, contact details, full address, status, potential and state registration fields, then press Salvar. The new record appears in the list immediately with tags such as prospect, not visited and no purchases, and it can be edited, mapped, added to a route or deleted.
Plan a route
Open Rotas and either add a single CNPJ or paste a batch, one per line. Each entry joins the route with its address and a map pin, up to 500 stops without duplicates. Set the route name and date, adjust km/l and fuel price, then use the map to review the sequence and optimise the order to reduce travel distance.
Track sales and results
In Vendas, log an order with an editable commission percentage; cancelled orders remain listed and each sale adds to the client total. Record costs in Despesas, then check Dashboard, Estatistica and Relatorios to see commission, result, goal progress and month, week and annual comparisons.
