How to Use

1. Search the procurement database

   Open the search page to browse the current tender list, or enter a keyword and combine it with state, municipality, modality, publication dates, and status. Select Search to update the URL and results; the page reports the number of matching records or presents a clear empty state when no tender matches.

2. Review and verify a tender

   Select a result card to open its detail page. Review the PNCP identifier, purchasing agency, procurement object, status, opening and closing times, modality, estimated value, and location, then use the official publication link to verify the record directly on the PNCP portal.

3. Analyze the indexed market

   Open Dashboard to see how the indexed tenders are distributed across the latest fourteen days, Brazilian states, procurement modalities, current statuses, and purchasing agencies. Use these summaries to understand the scope and composition of the available records before refining a search.

4. Create an account for monitoring

   Select Enter and switch to the registration form to provide a name, email address, and password. After authentication, use Favorites to keep priority tenders and Alerts to define matching rules for newly synchronized PNCP opportunities.
