Manage public procurement processes, compliance, access records, and institutional users from one Portuguese-language workspace.

SILED is an integrated procurement and data management application designed around Brazilian public-sector workflows. After institutional authentication, users reach a management dashboard with indicators for active and approved tenders, upcoming deadlines, and financial volume. Dedicated modules support tender registration and status tracking, company compliance, access auditing, and user profiles. The interface also presents LGPD, Marco Civil, and LAI context for retention, privacy, anonymization, and transparency responsibilities.

How to Use

Sign in
Enter an institutional email and password, accept the LGPD privacy statement, and submit the form. A successful sign-in opens the management dashboard and identifies the active user and administrative role.
Review indicators
Use the dashboard to review the available cards for active tenders, approved tenders, the nearest opening deadline, and estimated financial volume. Indicators are designed to populate when institutional records are available.
Register a tender
Open the Licitacoes module and choose Nova Licitacao. Complete the notice number and object, select a procurement modality and status, optionally add the requesting agency, dates, and estimated value, then save the record. Missing required fields receive inline validation messages.
Inspect governance modules
Use the sidebar to move among company compliance, audit, and user profile areas. The audit page explains retention obligations and organizes access events by date, user, source IP, event, and route, with a separate area for anonymization requests.
