A Portuguese-language production management suite for clothing workshops, with operations dashboard, Kanban and finance views.

GoFast Produções is a browser-based management system aimed at clothing manufacturing workshops and small apparel factories. After signing in, users land on the Centro de Operações dashboard, which summarizes active productions, pending batches, active seamstresses and margin, alongside revenue, cost and result figures. A left sidebar links to about fifteen modules covering an operations overview, seamstresses, internal costs, internal payments, productions, a monthly Kanban, batches, finance, payments, extra costs, a financial dashboard, a GoFast agent, users, WhatsApp and suppliers. The productions screen lays out cards across workflow columns such as Em Separação, Para Entrega, Em Produção, Para Recolha and Concluído. The finance screen groups payments receivable from seamstresses and extra costs, with totals for paid, pending, overdue and general amounts plus status and supplier filters. A demo account is shown directly on the login page, so the full system can be opened and explored without registering.

How to Use

Sign in with the demo account
Open the site and you are taken to the login screen. The page lists a demonstration account, [email protected] with password demo123 and type Empresa, and also an Admin Master entry. Either type the credentials into the Email and Senha fields and press Entrar, or press the Entrar com conta de demonstração button to sign in directly and reach the dashboard.
Read the operations dashboard
The landing screen shows headline counters for active productions, pending batches, active seamstresses and margin, followed by revenue, cost and result cards and a critical batch queue. Scanning these gives a quick picture of where the operation stands before opening the detailed modules.
Browse productions and batches
Use the sidebar to open Produções, which places production cards in columns such as Em Separação, Para Entrega, Em Produção, Para Recolha and Concluído, and Lotes for batch management. Cards show product names, quantities and assigned seamstresses, and a Nova Produção button starts a new entry.
Review the finance area
Open Financeiro to see Gestão Financeira, split into payments receivable from seamstresses and extra costs. Each block shows totals for paid, pending, overdue and general amounts, with a status filter and a supplier filter, plus buttons to print all payments or all extra costs.
Switch theme and explore
The header includes a theme toggle that switches between light and dark appearances, a tenant label for 3RL Textil Demo and an admin link. The remaining sidebar entries such as seamstresses, suppliers, users and payments can be opened the same way to inspect the other parts of the system.
