Feuille de route AO – Colead

Turn a tender brief into an executable, trackable operating system.
This is a French-language operational roadmap for Colead Finance's calls-for-tenders activity. It transforms a framing brief into a structured workspace covering detection, qualification, preparation, control and submission of tenders with around 50 percent semi-automation and mandatory human validation. The page includes a five-phase interactive process map with gates G0 to G5, a detailed 23-step roadmap, a RACI matrix, a 49-field watchlist dictionary, a weighted 100-point Go/No-Go scoring grid with confidence score and elimination criteria, document architecture guidance, automation priorities, a prompt library, templates, a four-week plan, meeting routines, KPI definitions, a risk register and open decisions. Five interactive deliverables let users work directly: a 31-task execution board with owner, status, validation, validator, date and proof fields plus week/owner/status filters, proposed-owner prefill, reset and CSV export; a watchlist register; a scoring tool that computes a live total, confidence and Go/No-Go verdict; a 70-point submission checklist split into seven domains with a live completion counter and print option; and a decision and action journal stored in the browser with Markdown export. A global search, Markdown download, PDF print and light/dark theme toggle complete the page.

How to Use
Start from the overview
Open the page and read the overview card, which states the semi-automation target and the mandatory human validation rule. The stat blocks below summarize five deliverables, 23 steps, 49 watchlist fields, 31 classified automations, 20 prompts and 26 KPIs. Use the persistent sidebar or the global search with Ctrl+K to jump to any section.
Walk through the process map
In the process section, click the five phase buttons from Detect through Qualify, Prepare, Control and Send. Each click updates the detail panel with the phase objective, its gate and related guidance, so you can review the target process before assigning work.
Run a Go/No-Go score
Open the scoring deliverable and enter a note from 0 to 100 for each weighted criterion, such as legal eligibility, references, team CVs, technical fit, capacity, profitability, probability of success and strategic value. The right panel recalculates the weighted total, the confidence score and the Go, No-Go or potential verdict immediately; the example button shows a reference scenario and elimination checkboxes override a positive score.
Pilot the 31 tasks
In the pilotage section, filter tasks by week, owner, status or validation, then set an owner, status and validation state for each task. Use the prefill button to apply proposed owners, add a named validator, a date and a proof for validated items, and export the current board as CSV. Entries remain in this browser only.
Complete the checklist and journal
Use the 70-point submission checklist to tick each control point across seven domains; the counter updates and printing produces a clean copy. Record decisions and actions in the journal forms, then export them as Markdown or clear the local journal when starting a new tender cycle.
