Turn MyLIMS XLSX reports into a focused laboratory management dashboard.

MKBLab Analytics is a Portuguese-language management application for laboratory teams that work with MyLIMS reports. Users can import XLSX files for account management, activities, and samples; the application identifies report types from their headers and processes them in the required order. The resulting workspace brings together customer counts, active movement, sample and proposal totals, monetary values, monthly trends, customer and sample-type rankings, sample status, periodicity, overdue or inactive accounts, inconsistencies, and monthly closing views. Analysis thresholds can be adjusted, and the local database can be exported as a backup.

How to Use

Import MyLIMS reports
Open the Imports page, select XLSX exports from MyLIMS account management, activity management, and sample management reports, and let the application identify each file from its headers. The page explains that records are processed in the order of customers, activities, and samples, and the history table records import outcomes.
Review management indicators
Return to the Dashboard and narrow the analysis by year, month, customer, sample type, class, responsible person, or date range. Use the quantity and value controls to change the monthly movement perspective, then review KPI cards, rankings, sample status, and delayed movement sections.
Investigate customers and operations
Use the dedicated Customers, Samples, Activities, Periodicity, Overdue Customers, Inactive Customers, Rankings, Sample Types, Monthly Closing, and Inconsistencies pages to move from summary indicators into focused operational tables. Customer records can be searched and filtered by lifecycle status.
Adjust rules and back up data
Open Settings to change the inactivity period, overdue tolerance, and minimum sample count used for periodicity calculations. After confirming the criteria, use the backup action to export a complete copy of the local database.
