How to Use

Review the agency overview
Start on Overview to scan active projects, client count, yearly revenue, utilization, upcoming deadlines, workload, recent activity, and project performance. Linked project names and summary actions lead into the related records.
Explore and filter projects
Open Projects from the sidebar, then use status, client, manager, budget, and sorting controls to narrow the portfolio. Switch between table and card presentation as needed, then select a project to inspect its scope, timeline, progress, tasks, team, milestones, and finances.
Track work across the team
Use Tasks to review assignments across all projects. Filter by workflow state, priority, project, or assignee, and compare each task with its owner, estimate, due date, and current status.
Analyze financial performance
Open Revenue to compare actual results with forecasts, inspect cumulative and monthly trends, review client and project shares, and identify budget variance, margins, pipeline value, and quarterly projections.
