Track a work session and map individual activities onto a live visual timeline.

Time Track is a compact browser-based stopwatch for understanding how a session is divided among activities. A main timer establishes the overall session, while users can add and rename activities and control their timers independently. Recorded work segments appear against a shared timeline, making elapsed activity time easy to compare with the total session. The interface also includes a monochrome display option, session reset controls, and JSON export for taking the recorded data elsewhere.

How to Use

Create an activity
Select Add activity to insert a new row, then edit the generated activity name so the timeline clearly identifies the work you plan to track.
Start the session
Select Start session to begin the main stopwatch. The page changes the control to Pause session, updates the total elapsed time, and enables the activity Start control.
Track activity time
Select Start beside an activity when that work begins. Its elapsed counter updates live, the control changes to Pause, and its recorded segment is aligned with the overall session timeline.
Pause or export
Pause an activity or the whole session when needed. Use Export JSON to download the recorded session data, or Reset session when you want to clear the current timing state.
