Post a home repair job and receive written quotes from verified Algerian craftsmen

Meallem is an Algerian home-services marketplace that connects homeowners with local craftsmen such as plumbers, electricians, air-conditioning technicians, painters, carpenters, tilers, locksmiths and cleaners. A homeowner describes the job once for free, chooses a trade, wilaya and city, sets an optional budget range and urgency, and receives written offers priced in Algerian dinars. Homeowners can compare ratings, experience and completed jobs before contacting a professional. Artisans register, view available jobs near them, and use purchased credits or a subscription to send quotes. Credits are topped up through a CCP or BaridiMob transfer that is activated manually. The interface is bilingual Arabic and French and laid out right to left.

How to Use

Create a free account
Open the sign-in page and log in with one of the demo accounts shown there, or register a new account and choose whether you are a homeowner or an artisan. The header then shows a dashboard link for your role.
Post a job request
From the dashboard or the quote page, pick the trade, write a short title and a description, choose the wilaya and city, optionally set a minimum and maximum budget and an urgency level, then enter a contact phone number and publish. On success the app opens the request detail page and the request appears on the dashboard.
Compare offers and craftsmen
Browse the artisan directory to search by name or trade and filter by trade and wilaya. Each card shows a rating, review count and experience tags, and the detail page adds a description and reviews section, so you can compare candidates before making contact.
Manage credits and payment as an artisan
Artisan accounts have a credits and payment page with the current balance and plan, three subscription tiers, standalone credit packs, and the CCP and BaridiMob transfer details. After transferring, the user submits the reference and the balance is activated manually.
