Capture technical visits in the field and turn structured evidence into professional reports.

VisitaPro is a Portuguese-language workflow application for technicians, inspectors and field teams. Users create an account, choose a visit model, record the client, location, schedule, responsible professional, objectives and completed activities, then attach photos or audio and document nonconformities with severity and recommended action. A final review generates an editable report organized into identification, objectives, activities, evidence, nonconformities, recommendations, action plan and conclusion. The report editor also provides electronic signature controls and professional PDF generation with branding and an authentication QR code.

How to Use

Create an account
Open the registration page and enter your name, professional email and a password of at least eight characters. Company and phone are optional. Successful registration takes you directly to a private dashboard with visit and report statistics.
Start a technical visit
Select New visit and choose the closest report model, such as Technical Visit, Inspection, Survey, Maintenance or Audit. Continue to enter the client, company, site, address, date and visit times; GPS capture is also available from this stage.
Record the work
Add the responsible professional, visit objective, activities performed and any relevant observations. The wizard keeps the current stage visible and lets you move backward before proceeding.
Attach evidence
Upload field photos for captioned evidence or an audio recording for automatic transcription. Both inputs are optional, so a text-only visit can still proceed through the complete workflow.
Document findings
For each nonconformity, provide a description, choose Low, Medium, High or Critical severity and enter a recommended action. Add each finding to the visit, or continue with none when the inspection found no issues.
Generate and finish
Review the visit summary and generate the intelligent report. In the editor, inspect or revise the eight report sections, save changes or regenerate the content, add an electronic signature and use the PDF control for a professional export with authentication details.
