Create, assign, track, document, and settle tool repairs through one Persian-language workflow.

Abzaryab is a Persian-language business application for coordinating power-tool and equipment repairs across customers, technicians, and administrators. A customer can sign in or register, describe a damaged tool, select its category and location, choose delivery by insured post, local courier, or in-person handoff, and attach image, audio, or video evidence. Submission generates a unique tracking code. The tracking view organizes the service history from request and estimate through technician acceptance, shipping, diagnosis, repair, health-video approval, escrow payment, return, and delivery. It also presents repair reports, the participating customer and technician, warranty duration, parts and labor charges, shipping fees, platform commission, and the payable total. Separate role entry points describe technician order handling and administrator oversight, including approvals, penalties, and account suspension.

How to Use

Choose an account role
Open the account page and select customer, technician, or administrator. Use one of the clearly listed demo accounts to explore an existing role, or switch to registration to create a customer or technician account with location details.
Describe the damaged tool
As a customer, open the repair request page, confirm the owner and mobile details, choose the equipment type, enter its brand or model, select the province and city, choose a shipping method, and provide a useful fault history. Optional controls allow supporting image, audio, or video documentation.
Submit and retain the tracking code
Submit the completed request to receive a unique order code. Keep this code for future lookup; the confirmation page provides a direct control for opening the newly created repair timeline.
Follow repair progress
Enter a tracking code on the tracking page to review the tool, shipping method, current status, complete workflow timeline, dated reports, assigned parties, warranty terms, and itemized accounting. The same page supports adding progress reports to that order.
Review repair and payment states
Use the timeline to follow estimate approval, technician acceptance, transport, diagnosis, repair, health-video readiness, customer confirmation, escrow payment, return shipment, and final delivery. Payment is described as being released only after the customer approves the health video.
