Technical assistance management with service orders, visits and live status.

TecnoFix is a browser-based management system for technical assistance and repair shops. The interface is in Portuguese and splits access into a team login and a client portal. Clients can register with their name, phone, email and password, then track their repair orders, scheduled visits and profile details. The client dashboard shows counters for orders, warranty cases, in-progress work, items awaiting approval or parts, finished repairs and visits today, together with a recent-updates table and a live status badge.

How to Use

Choose your access
Open the site and pick the Equipe tab for staff or the Cliente tab for customers. Both tabs show an email field, a password field, a password recovery link and an Enter button.
Create a client account
On the Cliente tab select Cadastre-se, then fill in your name, phone, email and password and press Cadastrar. After the account is created the app opens the client panel directly.
Review your orders and visits
Use the sidebar to open Meus serviços, Minhas OS or Visitas. The pages show counters and tables for orders, equipment, priority and status, with a search box to filter the lists; a new account simply shows empty tables.
Update your profile
Open Configurações and edit your name, phone, CEP, address, number, neighborhood, city, state, notes or password. Typing a postal code triggers an address lookup, and Salvar configurações stores the changes on the account.
