Annual Performance Evaluation is an interactive business application designed around an Islamic bank review process. Users sign in with one of three demonstrated roles, open a structured evaluation, score Sharia and customer-service KPIs, record complaint and professional-development information, and submit the completed assessment. The interface can switch between Arabic RTL and English layouts, while the completed form returns a calculated score. Role permissions are enforced by the evaluation API.

How to Use

Sign in with a demo role
Choose one of the HR, branch manager, or employee email addresses listed on the login page and use the displayed demo password. After successful authentication, the application identifies the active role and attempts to load the assigned evaluation.
Choose the interface language
Use the language button in the header to switch between Arabic and English. The page changes direction for Arabic RTL presentation and translates the principal section and field labels, while retaining the same evaluation state.
Complete the KPI sections
Select ratings for the Sharia and customer-treatment indicators, set the Zakat compliance switch, choose the complaint level and certification status, and add certification details or general comments where relevant. Rating selections show a qualitative response beside the control.
Submit and review the score
Press Submit Evaluation after completing the required controls. The application sends the evaluation through its protected workflow and displays a confirmation with the calculated performance score on the same page.
