Arabic fleet and supply chain console covering trips, fuel, maintenance, inventory and role-based access

Imdad Platform is an Arabic-language, right-to-left operations back office for transport and supply chain teams. After signing in with one of the demo accounts, users land on a dashboard that summarises vehicle availability, active trips, fuel cost, open maintenance orders, stock levels and recent activity. The sidebar opens dedicated screens for trip orders, vehicles, drivers, fuel entries, maintenance, warehouses, inventory, items, customers, suppliers, branches, users and permissions, operational reports, a change log and a deletion archive. Records can be filtered, edited, created through full forms and deleted into the archive, and each role sees a different set of modules.

How to Use

Sign in with a demo role
Open the site and use the demo credentials printed on the login card, admin / 123456. Six additional accounts cover fleet manager, warehouse manager, maintenance manager, accountant, driver and viewer, all with the same password. After signing in, the sidebar only shows the modules that role is allowed to open.
Read the operations dashboard
The dashboard groups vehicle availability, active trips, fuel cost and open maintenance into KPI cards, then adds a fuel consumption panel, an alert list, status breakdowns, warehouse stock totals, recent trips and a driver table. Use these figures to decide which module to open next, then follow the sidebar to the full record list.
Work with trip orders
On the trips page, search by text, set a date range or choose a status and apply the filter; the table updates immediately. Edit opens the same form used for creation, prefilled with vehicle, driver, customer, destination, cargo, dates, odometer and fuel fields, while the issue-order button opens it empty for a new dispatch. Reports and the change log then reflect the saved records.
