Leave Tracking System is a browser-based workflow application for schools. Teachers can review leave policy rules, see daily slot availability, submit CL, LOP, or OD requests, choose full-day or half-day periods, inspect their monthly calendar, and manage request history. Administrators receive a monthly overview, teacher account controls, a teacher-by-day leave matrix, daily capacity summaries, CSV import tools, and a dedicated workflow for reviewing and converting LOP records to CL.

How to Use

Sign in with a role
Use one of the demo credentials shown on the login page. An administrator opens the overview and management workspace, while a teacher opens the personal leave dashboard with policy, availability, and calendar information.
Review capacity and policy
On the teacher dashboard, read the leave allocation rules and check the current CL, LOP, and OD counts. The page shows how many of the three daily slots remain before a request is submitted.
Submit a leave request
Open Apply Leave, select CL, LOP, or OD, set the from and to dates, choose Full Day, Forenoon, or Afternoon, and optionally enter a reason. The form displays slot availability for the selected date before submission.
Manage personal records
Open My Leave History to review dates, duration, applied date, status, day period, and reason. Available actions let the teacher modify or cancel a record, and cancellation updates the shared slot count.
Administer the school roster
Administrators can open Teachers to add, edit, reset, or remove teacher accounts. The same page provides a CSV template and an import action for onboarding multiple teachers.
Monitor and adjust leave
Use Leave Calendar for the monthly teacher matrix and daily capacity table. Open LOP Overrides to review loss-of-pay entries and convert eligible records to casual leave when administrative action is required.
