Run a no-inventory multi-channel dropshipping shop from one dashboard

DropBot AI is an operations dashboard for sellers who resell supplier products across TikTok Shop, Shopee and Mercado Livre without keeping their own stock. The dashboard summarizes daily, weekly and monthly sales, revenue, estimated profit, average margin and order counts. A product hunter lists candidate items with cost, suggested price, fees, estimated profit, margin, supplier and lead time, and a publish action creates listings per marketplace. Further modules cover suppliers, orders, virtual stock buffers, smart pricing with configurable margins and fees, an AI support chat that answers only from stored catalog data, an order-flow view from supplier to profit, reports, OAuth integrations and security settings with roles, two-factor and logs.

How to Use

Start on the dashboard
Open the site and the dashboard loads with sales, revenue, estimated profit, average margin and order counters, plus a sales-by-platform chart and a stock availability note. Use the sidebar to move between modules; each link swaps the main panel without reloading the page.
Score and publish products
Go to Produtos to see candidate items with their cost, suggested price, fees, estimated profit and margin. Choose Publish on a row to create listings, then open the Anuncios tab to review each marketplace listing and its status, price field, and actions such as publish, pause, duplicate or delete used for drafts.
Tune prices and stock
Open Financeiro to adjust desired margin, minimum margin, taxes, extra costs, shipping and marketplace fee rates. The pricing table updates per product and platform with the resulting price, profit and margin. Use Estoque virtual to review the announced quantity buffer per supplier.
Ask the AI and check setup
On the IA page pick a product context, optionally an order, type a question such as one about lead time and press send; the bot replies only from stored data and escalates to a human when data is missing. Finally, Integracoes shows OAuth status per marketplace and Configuracoes holds two-factor, backup, access role and an activity log.
