How to Use

1. Upload or fetch the routine

Use the Choose routine photo / CSV / JSON button to pick a file, or paste a JSON URL into the fetch field and press Fetch from API. The tool reads the classes and generates a routine API URL shown in the Generated routine API field.

2. Describe your class info

Fill in department, program, semester, section and batch, and set the notify before minutes value. These details are attached to the schedule and carried into the generated calendar feed.

3. Add classes manually if needed

In the Add one class form choose a day and type, set start and end time, and fill in course code, course name, teacher, email, mobile, floor and room. Pressing Add class immediately adds the entry to the weekly routine list.

4. Subscribe in Google Calendar

Press Add updated calendar to open Google Calendar with the feed, or press Download .ics to save the file. Google then syncs the timetable to phone, laptop and PC, and alarms fire before class according to the reminder setting.
