Customers can choose one or more repair services, select a supported phone brand and model, describe the issue, optionally upload a photo, and provide contact and address details. Submitted requests appear in a personal request list with technician information and a status timeline. Demo technician accounts expose new requests, active jobs, earnings, ratings, and job history, while the administrator area organizes customers, technicians, brands, services, requests, pricing, payments, and reports.

How to Use

Create a repair request
Open the customer panel, choose the required repair service, select the phone brand and model, describe the fault, and enter the customer name, phone number, and address. A problem photo can be attached optionally before submitting the form.
Track the request
After submission, open the customer request list to view the generated service reference, device and service details, assigned technician, estimate state, and expandable status timeline.
Explore technician operations
Use one of the demo technician accounts shown on the login screen. The dashboard presents new service requests, active jobs, completed work, net earnings, reviews, and job history, with controls for accepting or rejecting incoming work.
Review administrative data
Open the admin panel and use the displayed demo credentials. The overview summarizes customers, technicians, jobs, revenue, recent requests, and status distribution, while navigation links lead to operational management sections.
