Amar Hisab Khata is a browser-based personal bookkeeping tool in Bengali. Users can record income and expenses with dates, categories, amounts, and notes; review dashboard totals and category views; track receivables and payables; create shopping lists; preview reports by month and type; export or print reports as PDF; and download or restore their locally stored data as JSON.

How to Use

Open the dashboard
Start on the dashboard to review total income, total expenses, balance, receivables, payables, and current-month summaries. Use the navigation buttons to open each bookkeeping area.
Add financial records
Open Income and Expenses, choose the record type, enter a date, amount, category, and optional description, then submit the form. The new record can be reviewed in the transaction list and reflected in dashboard totals.
Manage lists and debts
Use Debt and Receivables to record a person, amount, date, and note, or open Shopping List to create a dated list and manage its items. Category views help organize transaction totals.
Export and protect data
Open Reports to select a month and report type, preview the result, and download or print it as a PDF. The Backup area provides JSON download and restore controls for the data stored in this browser.
