Manage trainee records, employer contacts, attendance, evaluations, and exports from one organizational dashboard.

Trainee Management System is an Arabic-first administrative web application for organizations that supervise interns or trainees. Its dashboard summarizes the trainee count, daily attendance, and attendance rate while providing barcode entry and a QR scanning action. Dedicated sections organize trainee profiles, acquired skills, assessment levels, active status, employer contacts, attendance history, and organization details. Users can search and filter records, open an add-trainee form, edit or delete existing entries, request an AI summary, export tables as CSV, and print lists or profile sheets. The interface also offers Arabic, English, and French language choices, although the inspected deployment does not load its translation files and therefore displays many internal label keys instead of finished text.

How to Use

Review the dashboard
Open the application to review the summary cards for total trainees, daily attendance, and attendance rate. The same page provides a barcode input and a QR scan control for attendance-related workflows.
Manage trainee profiles
Choose the trainee section from the sidebar to browse the record table, search entries, filter by skill, or open the add-trainee form. The form collects a name, identification and registration numbers, email, address, skills, status, assessment, and employer assignment before saving.
Check attendance
Open the attendance section and set the start and end dates to review each trainee across the selected period. Use the available controls to export the displayed records as CSV or print the attendance sheet.
Maintain organization data
Use the employer area to review company names and contact details, then open settings to update the organization name, address, phone number, and email. Save the settings after making changes.
