Track a charity bakery's costs, donations and payroll in one dashboard

A browser-based management system for a charity bakery, shown in Arabic with a right-to-left layout and Egyptian pound amounts. It combines workers and daily attendance, purchases with quantities and suppliers, cash and in-kind donor gifts with receipts, and daily flour-bag and loaf production into a single dashboard that computes daily cost, cost per loaf and the surplus or deficit against donations. It also provides printable daily, monthly and annual reports, a monthly payroll sheet, role-based logins for an admin, cashier and accountant, plus JSON backup and restore, user management and an audit log.

How to Use

Sign in with a demo role
Open the site and use one of the accounts listed on the login card. Enter admin, cashier or accountant as the username and 123456 as the password, then press the entry button. The dashboard loads with seeded sample data for the current month.
Review the daily summary
On the dashboard, check the date field and read the cards for daily cost, today donations, deficit, cost per loaf, loaves produced, flour bags, attendance and the month total. Scroll down for the cost-versus-donations chart and the cost breakdown table, which names the formula the totals are based on.
Record daily operations
Use the sidebar to open Workers and attendance, Purchases, Donations and Daily production. Fill in the forms and save; the lists below each form update immediately and the dashboard totals reflect the new entries. Donations also offer a receipt for each recorded gift.
Produce reports and payroll
Open Reports and choose a date range or a year, then use the print/PDF button to export the statement. Open Monthly salaries to see attendance days, daily wage, bonus, deductions and net pay per worker, and print that payslip as well.
Manage users and backups
In Settings and backup you can edit the bakery name, currency and loaf weight, run a manual backup, export or import JSON, add users and read the audit log. Automatic daily backups follow the configured hour, and existing backup files can be restored from the same page.
