Issue a professional service receipt from your phone and send it over WhatsApp

ReciboZap is a Portuguese-language web app for self-employed service providers in Brazil who need to hand a client a proper receipt from their phone. A phone number verified by a six-digit WhatsApp code is the account. The user fills in the client name, an optional CPF or CNPJ, the service description and the amount, and the site generates a numbered PDF receipt that includes the date and the value written out in words. Each receipt gets a short public code that opens a verification page, and it can be forwarded directly through WhatsApp from a pre-filled message. The app keeps a monthly history of issued receipts and an issuer profile with name, document, city and state. Issuing is gated by a R$ 19,90 monthly plan paid with a Pix copy-and-paste code, with the first receipt free.

How to Use

Sign in with WhatsApp
Open the site and enter a phone number with area code to request a six-digit code. Type the code to create or reopen the account. The phone number itself is the account, so there is no email or password to remember. In the test environment the code is shown on the page after requesting it.
Fill in the receipt
On the Novo screen, enter the client name, optionally a CPF or CNPJ, the service description and the amount received. Your own issuer details come from the Conta profile. Pressing Gerar recibo em PDF creates a numbered receipt with the date and the amount written out in words.
Send and keep records
On the result screen, open the PDF or use the WhatsApp button, which opens WhatsApp with a ready-made message containing the receipt number, the client, the value and a verification link. The Histórico tab lists every receipt issued on the number, and the public code on each receipt opens a page confirming the document is authentic.
