A Mercado Livre style two-step address and inspection booking form
Confirmar endereco is a small two-step web form presented in the visual style of Mercado Livre. The first step collects the address where a Mercado Livre representative should arrive: a CEP field that can look up a Brazilian postal code and auto-fill the street, district and city, a state selector covering all Brazilian states, plus number, complement and an optional reference point. The second step shows the confirmed address back to the user and asks for the recipient name, a phone number, a date and a preferred time slot chosen from a row of buttons. Submitting the second step opens a confirmation modal titled Vistoria agendada that restates the address, date and chosen time, with a link back to the first step. Nothing is sent to a server; the data lives only in the browser session.

How to Use
Enter the address
On the first step type a Brazilian CEP into the field at the top. When eight digits are present the page queries the public viacep service and fills street, district and city automatically, then moves focus to the number field. Review the values, complete the number and optional reference point, and press Confirmar endereco.
Schedule the visit
The second step repeats the confirmed address inside a highlighted box. Fill in the recipient name, the phone number and a visit date, then choose one of the offered hours in the Horario preferido row; the selected slot stays highlighted so you can change it before continuing.
Confirm the booking
Press Confirmar agendamento. If any required field is missing the form shows an inline error asking you to fill the data and choose a time. When everything is valid a modal titled Vistoria agendada summarizes the address, date and time, and the Voltar ao inicio link returns to the first step.
