Highlights

How to Use

1. Sign in with a demo role

   Open the login page and use super, admin, or user with the displayed demo password. A successful sign-in opens the role-aware dashboard with the current date, operational totals, and notifications.

2. Review daily status

   Use the dashboard cards to compare customers, producing animals, available milk, balances, supply, and delivered volume. Read notifications for pending entries or upcoming animal health tasks and mark them as read when handled.

3. Maintain customers

   Open Customers to search existing records, review mobile numbers, delivery shifts, balances, and status, or use the provided actions to add, edit, convert, or deactivate a customer. Data-entry actions open structured forms for the required details.

4. Record milk operations

   Open Milk Entry, choose the relevant date, and review estimated supply, recorded supply, delivered demand, and remaining milk for morning and evening shifts. Use the page actions to record production, add a delivery, or maintain milk rates.

5. Manage the wider dairy

   Continue through Animals, Breeding and Health, Billing and Payments, Expenses, Labor, Feed and Fodder, Reports, and Export according to the task at hand. Administrative users can also manage accounts and dairy settings from the final navigation sections.
