Bilingual purchase VAT calculator and supplier register for 19% TVA

TVA Achats is a browser tool for keeping a purchase register and working out deductible VAT at the Tunisian rate of 19 percent. It has four screens: a dashboard summarising the current month, a supplier directory that stores a company name plus its commercial registry (RC) and tax identifier (MF), a purchase invoice form that converts a TTC amount into HT and TVA, and a monthly cumulation that totals everything by supplier with a printable report. The interface switches between Arabic and French, records are kept in browser storage, and suppliers can be imported from Excel.

How to Use

Add or import suppliers
Open the Fournisseurs screen and use the New supplier button, or download the Excel template and import a list. Each supplier stores a name, the commercial registry number, the tax identifier and the city, and becomes immediately available in the search list and the invoice dropdown.
Record a purchase invoice
Go to Factures d'achat, choose a date and a supplier, type the invoice number, and enter the amount as TTC (VAT included). The rate is fixed at 19 percent. A live preview shows the derived TVA and HT using TVA = TTC x 19 / 119, and saving adds the row to the table below with a delete action.
Compute the monthly total
Open Cumul mensuel, select a month and a year, and press Calculer. The page groups invoices by supplier and totals HT, TVA 19% and TTC for the period, then shows an overall period summary. The print button turns the current view into a report.
