AliCakes is a Spanish-language business calculator for bakers and pastry makers. It organizes costing into four connected stages: recording ingredient and packaging purchase prices, calculating the owner's labor rate from a target monthly salary, allocating fixed kitchen expenses, and combining those figures inside recipes. Each recipe shows its production cost and a rounded selling price based on the selected profit margin. A separate quotation view lets the user choose a recipe, enter a client, quantity, unit price, and visible note, then prepare a clean budget for printing, PDF output, or WhatsApp while keeping internal costs private.

How to Use

Record ingredients and packaging
Open Stage 1 and enter each item's name, purchase price, package quantity, measurement unit, and optional notes. AliCakes calculates the cost per gram, milliliter, or unit and indicates which recipes will update when a price changes.
Set the owner's salary
In Stage 2, enter the desired monthly salary, working days per month, and hours per day. The page calculates monthly hours plus hourly and per-minute labor values so compensation remains separate from business profit.
Add fixed kitchen expenses
Use Stage 3 to list recurring expenses such as rent, utilities, and cleaning. AliCakes divides active monthly costs by the working-hour base and displays the resulting fixed cost per hour and per minute.
Build and price a recipe
In Stage 4, create or edit a recipe using pantry items, preparation time, kitchen time, servings, and a profit margin. Review the calculated production cost and rounded suggested selling price before preparing a quote.
Prepare the client quote
Select a recipe, add the client's name, quantity, selling price, and a customer-visible note. The total updates immediately, while an optional internal panel keeps production cost separate from the printable budget. Use the available print, PDF, or WhatsApp action to share the result.
