Vexel Blast — Creature Edition is a browser game built around falling blocks. Pieces carry arrows in different directions and colors; when two arrows end up facing each other with different colors, they break and clear cells. Players move, rotate, soft drop, lock, hold and swap pieces to clear a target number of cells before the board fills, chaining breaks into combos for higher scores. The game includes multiple levels, a collection book of over forty block entries with separate combo and achievement tabs, an in-game gem shop with power-ups and perks, a level select screen, a local top-ten leaderboard, an AI demo, a sandbox mode with toggles, a settings panel and a bilingual English and Greek interface. A Three.js Vexel creature sits beside the board and reacts to spawns, locks, danger and game over. Progress, currency and unlocks are stored in the browser.

How to Use

Open the menu and choose a mode
Loading the page shows a vertical main menu with New Game, Collection, Shop, Select Level, Leaderboard, Settings, AI Demo, Sandbox and How to Play. New Game drops you into level one, while Select Level and Sandbox are useful if you would rather explore specific stages or test pieces freely before a real run.
Learn the break rule
Every falling piece holds arrows with a color and a direction. When two arrows point at each other and their colors differ, they break and clear cells; arrows of the same color stay put, and wildcard or rainbow arrows break against anything. A target cell counter and a goal counter at the top of the board track how much you still need to clear.
Control the falling piece
Use the left and right arrow keys to move, W to rotate, S to soft drop and Space to lock the piece into place. C stores a piece in the hold slot, E triggers a swap, and B opens the collection book without leaving the game. Every key has a matching on-screen button along the bottom, so you can also play the whole game with the mouse.
Chain combos and finish levels
Arrange breaks so that one clear leads into another; the combo counter and score rise as the cascade continues, and gem rewards appear alongside your progress. Clear the required number of cells before the stack reaches the top to complete the level, then move on to the next one. High score, best combo and gems update and save automatically as you go.
Spend gems and track unlocks
Gems earned during play can be spent in the Shop on power-ups and perks, each listed with a gem price and a short description. The Collection Book records which blocks, combos and achievements you have seen or cleared, turning repeated runs into a long-term unlock list, while the Leaderboard keeps a local top-ten record once you post a score.
