Vexel: Cascade

A falling-block arrow puzzle where direction and colour decide every clear
Vexel: Cascade is a browser puzzle game that mixes Tetris-style falling blocks with directional arrows and colours. Pieces enter a narrow well and each block carries an arrow; a block clears when its arrow can fly off the edge of the board or when it smashes into an arrow of a different colour. The game includes Classic and Reverse solo modes, special rainbow and stone blocks, level targets, live score, speed and risk readouts, a next-piece preview, a local high score, a room-code versus mode and a settings screen for sound and the ghost piece.

How to Use
Open the game and pick Solo Play
Load the page and the main menu appears with Solo Play, Versus, How to Play and Settings. Choose Solo Play to start a single-player run; the other buttons open the multiplayer lobby, the rules screen and the options. The menu also shows the Local High Score stored in this browser.
Choose Classic or Reverse
After Solo Play the mode screen offers two boards. CLASSIC makes pieces fall downward and down arrows leave through the bottom; REVERSE makes pieces rise upward and up arrows leave through the top. Highlight one and press Start Game, or press Back to return to the menu.
Play the board
Move with left and right arrows or A and D, rotate the shape with W, rotate the arrows with Q, soft drop one row with S, and hard drop and lock with the down arrow or space. P or Esc pauses. The same actions sit on on-screen buttons under the well, and the HUD tracks level, score, arrow target, speed and risk.
Use special blocks and combos
Rainbow blocks act as wildcards that can smash any colour in any direction, including stone and walls, while stone blocks cannot fly off and only break when another arrow smashes them. Because arrows fall again after each lock, a single smash can trigger chain reactions and combos that award bonus points.
Try Versus and adjust settings
From the main menu, Versus lets you type a name, create a room that returns a short room code, pick a mode and ready up; another player joins by entering that code. Settings has toggles for sound effects and the ghost piece, shows the high score and can reset local progress.
