// description

A browser arcade hub for quick casual games, brain warm-ups, and same-device multiplayer.

PlayZone is a browser game portal that gathers nine compact games in one place, grouped into Casual, Brain, and Multiplayer categories. The home page introduces the collection, highlights four featured titles, and shows recently played games saved on the device. The Games page provides category filters and a search field, while each game page includes a short How to play panel, a board or card layout, a status line, and a Restart control. Seven titles run locally, including Tic-Tac-Toe, Memory Match, Rock Paper Scissors, Number Guessing, Math Challenge, Word Guess, and Connect Four. Quiz Battle and the online layer are marked as requiring a backend. Leaderboard shows local high scores per game, Rooms describes future private-room and matchmaking features, and Account stores a display name in the browser.

How to Use

  1. Browse the catalog

    Start on the home page and click Browse games or the Games link in the top navigation. The catalog shows every game as a card with a short description and a Playable label; use the All, Casual, Brain, and Multiplayer filters or the search box in the header to narrow the list.

  2. Open a game and read the rules

    Click any game card to enter its page. Each page opens with a short How to play panel that explains the controls and goal, followed by the game board and its buttons or card grid. The status line above the board reports whose turn it is, the current move count, or the result.

  3. Play on the same device

    Use the mouse or touch to pick cells and cards, or the arrow keys and on-screen direction buttons in Snake. Tic-Tac-Toe alternates X and O on one screen, while Memory Match keeps matched pairs face up. The Restart button resets the board so a new round can begin.

  4. Check saved scores

    Open Leaderboard to see a local high-score list for each game, and Account to save a display name in this browser. These values stay on the current device. Online rooms, global ranks, and synced accounts are shown as features that require a backend.
