A bright local two-player Tic Tac Toe game with round scoring and clear winner feedback.

Tic Tac Toe is a single-page browser game designed for two people sharing one device. Player X and Player O alternate selecting cells on a three-by-three board while a turn label identifies the active player. Completing a row produces a winner overlay and updates the persistent round scoreboard, which separately counts X wins, draws, and O wins. Players can immediately start another round or clear the full match score at any time.

How to Use

Choose the first cell
Player X begins by selecting any empty square on the three-by-three board. The chosen square displays X, and the turn indicator changes to Player O.
Alternate turns
Player O selects another empty square, then both players continue alternating. Each occupied cell remains locked to its symbol so the current board state is always visible.
Complete the round
Create a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line of three matching symbols. The game displays the winner, updates the corresponding score, and offers a Play Again button; a filled board without a line is recorded as a draw.
Continue or reset
Use New Game to clear only the current board while keeping the match totals. Use Reset Scores when both players want to clear wins and draws and begin a fresh series.
