How to Use

1. Set the financial baseline

   Open Settings to enter a starting balance if the dashboard should include money held before the recorded history. A construction budget can also be saved here, and the current configured values are shown beneath their controls.

2. Record real transactions

   Use the quick-action button to open an income or expense form. Enter a description, category, value, date, status, payment method, and optional notes, then save the record. Required fields are validated before an empty entry can be submitted.

3. Manage future obligations

   Open Loans or Installments to register a lender or purchase, original and installment values, installment count, interest, and the next due date. Partial-payment support keeps an installment open until its full amount has been paid.

4. Follow construction spending

   Use the Construction section to switch among the summary, professionals, materials, movements, and budget views. Recorded real payments feed the paid totals, remaining construction balance, and execution percentage.

5. Review and protect data

   Use History to filter records by date, type, category, status, or search text. Return to Settings to export a JSON backup, import an existing backup, test persistence failure handling, or clear all locally stored information when appropriate.
