How to Use

1. Open the page

   Load the site in a browser. It opens on a hero section with a headline about eating without stress, an introductory paragraph, buttons for WhatsApp and for the free tools, and a row of practice statistics. A cookie notice appears first and can be accepted, personalised or limited to essential cookies.

2. Try the free tools

   Scroll to the interactive tools section. Enter your weight and pick an activity level in the water calculator, then press the button to see your daily litre target and glass count. Work through the three-step goal quiz by selecting a radio option and pressing Continue, using Back to return. Move the four plate sliders to redraw the balanced-plate chart in real time and press restore to reset it.

3. Explore the content

   Continue down the page to read the four-step consultation process, flip the myth cards to read the science notes, review the results chart and patient testimonials, and expand the FAQ accordion. The location section shows the office address, phone, email and opening hours with an embedded map.

4. Book a consultation

   The main booking channel is WhatsApp. The buttons in the hero, process, FAQ and closing sections all open a chat with a message pre-filled for the practitioner, so there is no on-site form or account to create.
