How to Use

1. Review the treatment process

   Start from the home page or open the complete process view to follow the conventional treatment sequence. Select any technical module to study its fundamentals, operating considerations, diagnostic guidance, and relevant requirements before moving to a tool.

2. Run an operational diagnosis

   Open Smart Diagnosis, select the symptom observed at the plant, and optionally enter measurements such as raw-water pH, alkalinity, temperature, turbidity, color, chemical dose, polymer dose, or chlorine residual. Select Diagnose to receive organized probable causes, verification steps, corrective actions, and parameter-specific observations.

3. Calculate an operating value

   Open Calculators and choose the required formula, such as coagulant, polymer, or chlorine dosage, solution concentration, product consumption, flow conversion, sludge production, filtration rate, or detention time. Enter plant values with the displayed units and review the outputs that update on the same page.

4. Simulate a Jar Test

   Open the Jar Test simulator and adjust raw-water turbidity, color, pH, alkalinity, temperature, and auxiliary polymer with the sliders. Run the test to observe the staged virtual mixing, flocculation, and settling comparison across several doses, then use the result as a learning aid rather than a substitute for a real bench test.

5. Explore supporting guidance

   Use the scenario matrix, filter backwash simulator, FAQ, and page search to connect symptoms with operating conditions and locate supporting explanations. Confirm any practical decision against current regulation, the plant design, product safety documentation, and the responsible technical professional.
