How to Use

1. Start the simulation

   Open the page and read the opening question about where humanity should focus its efforts. You can inspect the two summary cards for Earth and space, then press the start button to enter the council briefing and continue to the first mission.

2. Distribute the budget

   On the budget screen you have ten fictional units to divide among space exploration, health and hunger relief, and environmental protection. Use the plus and minus buttons next to each area; raising one area automatically lowers another so the total stays at ten. Press confirm to see a bar chart and a neutral reading of your priorities.

3. Handle the Mars emergency

   Read the dust storm scenario and choose one of three strategies for the fictional Mars base: prioritize life support, keep experiments running, or preserve communications with Earth. Select a card, confirm, then read the narrative consequence and the accompanying explanation before continuing.

4. Weigh the discovery

   At the confidential archive stage, decide whether to keep investing in an experimental research line or redirect the budget to urgent needs on Earth. Each option leads to a contextual explanation that separates the fictional scenario from real scientific claims.

5. Review and reset

   The final panel shows your decision profile, a record of every choice, and a closing reflection question. Use the restart button to clear the session and hand the device to the next visitor.
