Track agricultural producers, produce receipts, quantities, and payment totals from one operational workspace.

Cultivo & Cultura is a Portuguese-language business application for managing agricultural producers and the goods received from them. The main period query combines date presets, custom date fields, producer search, totals, sortable columns, expandable product details, and CSV export. A summary view reports active producers, receipt counts, quantities, total paid value, leading producers, and the highest-value products. Separate receipt and producer views provide searchable operational tables and forms for adding or editing records.

How to Use

Review a period
Open the period query and choose a preset such as today, the last seven or thirty days, the current month, or the current year. You can also set custom start and end dates. The totals and producer table update to show receipt counts, delivered quantities, and payment values for the selected interval.
Inspect producer details
Use the producer search field or sort the period table by producer, delivery count, quantity, or value. Select a producer row to expand a product-level breakdown showing the number of deliveries, quantities with units, and values.
Check the summary
Open the summary view and select a reporting period. Review the active producer count, total receipts, delivered quantity, paid value, leading producers by value, and products with the highest delivered value.
Manage receipts
Open Receipts to filter entries by dates, producer, or search text. The table shows date, producer, product, quantity, value, notes, and action controls. Use the new receipt button to open fields for date, producer, product, quantity, unit, value, and an optional note.
Manage producers
Open Producers to review contact details, locations, receipt counts, quantities, total values, and active status. Use the available controls to add or edit a producer, or to manage the status of an existing record.
Export a report
After choosing the desired period and filters in the main query, select Export CSV to download the current report for further analysis or record keeping.
