How to Use

Enter the property size
Type the home's total square footage into the first numeric field. The current value remains visible so it can be reviewed before submitting the estimate.
Add room counts
Enter the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in their labeled numeric fields. These values are combined with square footage as the model inputs.
Generate the estimate
Select Predict Price to submit the three values. The page displays the resulting estimated sale price in a highlighted panel below the form, and the inputs can be changed to run another estimate.
