How to Use

Enter through the pause card
When the page opens, a full-screen card appears with a short instruction to feel the body and the breath while a circle pulses. Read it, breathe along for a moment, then press the button that confirms you are present to reveal the main homepage.
Read through the sections
Use the anchor links along the top bar to move between the thematic sections, or scroll straight down. Each block contains reflections on presence, the pain-body or attention, and several close with a pull quote signed by the mentor, so the page works well as a slow read.
Try the breathing timer
In the practice section, press the button to start presence. The section switches to a timer that alternates between inhale and exhale phases and counts upward toward three minutes; a second button ends the session at any time, so you can stop whenever you choose.
Get in touch
The hero, the closing section and the footer all link to a pre-filled WhatsApp conversation and to the mentor's Instagram profile. Use either one if you want to ask about the single session, the eight-meeting journey or the in-person immersion.
