Track Previne Brasil C1 to C7 performance from patient records to team-level dashboards.

Indicadores UBS is a Portuguese-language management tool for Brazilian primary care units. Staff can register patients, organize them by ESF team, record prenatal care, screening, vaccination, hypertension, and diabetes follow-up data, then review calculated C1 to C7 coverage against configured targets. The application also includes mammography coverage, charts, team comparisons, patient search and filtering, CSV and Fast Médico imports, CSV exports, JSON backups, editable teams, and configurable screening periods. Data is stored in the browser, allowing the workflow to run without an account while making regular backups important.

How to Use

Add or import patients
Open the patient spreadsheet and add a patient through the detailed form, or use the CSV, Excel, or Fast Médico import controls. The table updates with team, age, sex, screening, vaccination, hypertension, and diabetes statuses.
Review indicator performance
Return to the dashboard and choose all teams or a specific ESF team. The C1 to C7 cards show the current percentage, eligible patient count, configured target, and whether performance is below target, while charts summarize overall and team-level results.
Configure local rules
Use the configuration view to add, rename, or remove teams, edit indicator names and target percentages, and set the Papanicolau and mammography screening periods. Save the settings before returning to the dashboard.
Protect and transfer data
Export a JSON backup regularly, especially before changing computers or clearing browser data. The backup import control can restore the dataset, while CSV export provides a spreadsheet-friendly copy of patient records.
